Standard boxes £7.95 a month, suitcases £11.95, named items £14.95, bulky items £24.95. You never pay more than £99 a month per 250 cu ft. Collection £39, return £39 to any address in mainland Britain. Minimum £29 a month, one month minimum, then monthly. All prices include VAT.

Three things people ask for often enough to have a name
10 boxes and one suitcase, collection from halls in June, return in September to any area, both stops included.
Up to 20 boxes, two suitcases and a bike, four months, both stops included, NHS-format invoice.
One container equivalent (250 cu ft) for six months, both stops included, one invoice to the estate.
The small print, in large print
- Billing. Collection fee and the first month at booking. Then monthly in advance from the collection date to the card on file. Stop by booking a return; the final month is not refunded pro rata.
- Container cap. We measure your consignment at intake. If the itemised price is above £99 per 250 cu ft, we charge the cap. If you counted wrong, we charge what we counted, and tell you.
- Prepay. Four months prepaid: collection free. Nine months prepaid: collection and return free. Prepaid storage is not refunded if you return early.
- Stairs. Ground floor or lift included. Stairs above the first floor without a lift, £20 a stop. Say so at booking so we plan the crew.
- Missed collection. Nobody in, nothing packed, or prohibited items: we come back the next week and charge the collection fee again.
- Cover. £100 an item included; £500 an item for £1 a box a month. Declare anything worth more before we collect.
- Boxes and materials. Double-walled boxes, tape, mattress bags and labels at cost plus a little, added to your booking.

How much does it cost?

You never pay more than £99 a month per 250 cu ft. Collection is £39 and return is £39, or free when you prepay. The minimum is £29 a month for one month.
Is it insured?
Every item is covered to £100 while in our care. You can raise that to £500 an item for £1 a box a month, or declare higher values before collection. See cover and claims.
Is there a minimum term?
One month. After that you pay monthly and stop whenever you book your return. Prepay four months and collection is free; prepay nine and both stops are free.
Do you supply boxes?
Yes. Double-walled boxes, tape and labels can be added to your booking and arrive with the van a week before your collection where the route allows, or by post. Your own boxes are fine as long as they are sealed and under 25 kg.
