What we collect

Your name, contact details, addresses, the inventory you enter, photographs our crew take of your items at collection and return, payment details (held by Stripe, not by us), and how you use our website (first party analytics, no advertising cookies without consent).

Why

To provide the service you booked, to invoice you, to send you your collection dates and labels, to answer your questions, and to improve the service. We keep booking records for seven years for accounting purposes and delete inventory photographs six months after return.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Cloudflare (hosting), Smartsheet (operations), and our crews on the day of your collection or return. We do not sell data.

Your rights
