Every invoice itemises storage and transport in the format relocation expenses teams ask for. If your move qualifies under the national relocation framework, storage of effects can be claimed for up to twelve months; check your deanery's guidance.

Prices are the same in every area: £7.95 a box a month, £11.95 a suitcase, £14.95 a named item, £24.95 a bulky item, capped at £99 a month per 250 cu ft. Collection £39, return £39 anywhere in mainland Britain. Prepay four months and collection is free; nine and both stops are free.

Count your boxes

We collect and carry
Two crew arrive in the window we text you the evening before, scan every label, photograph the condition, and carry everything out. Thirty minutes, usually less.
Stored in Oxfordshire
Sealed crates and containers in an alarmed warehouse with a scan in and out for every item. Your inventory is online. Monthly billing from the day we collect.

Major acute and teaching hospitals on the timetable. Not listed? If it has a mainland postcode, we collect.

Can I claim storage on NHS relocation expenses?
The England framework lists storage of furniture and effects for up to twelve months as an eligible expense where the move qualifies (a move of 30 miles or an hour or more, into the commuting area of the new post). Rented-to-rented moves are excluded under the NHS England FAQ, so check with your employing trust. Our invoices are itemised so the claim is simple.

That is normal. Store monthly, and book the return when you know. Returns go to any address in our 117 areas, including hospital accommodation.
Can you collect from hospital accommodation?
Yes. Give us the block, the flat and a contact number. Our crews are used to security desks and awkward car parks.
